Campus and Community are pleased to offer new sessions of the Community Arabic Program, which provides a variety of offerings to support Arabic language learning. Please see below details for kids and adult Arabic Classes.
All classes take place at the ECC3: here’s a map.
The Community Arabic Program for kids is now open for registration for children. The program provides children with an enriching Arabic learning experience through creative learning methods and is tailored to provide young children with an enjoyable and informative learning experience. This program is aimed at children from Grade 1 to Grade 4 and can be taken as a stand-alone class or with the KAUST Children’s Center after-school program.
The program focuses on Arabic reading and writing skills and is tailored to teach common conversation phrases. We will be using the Ministry of Education textbook لغتي for this term.
This five-week course aims to introduce expat community members to the rich language and culture of Saudi Arabia. The program includes four levels of conversation courses, and two reading and writing courses for beginner and intermediate levels. By the end of the program, students will be able to participate in simple conversations in Arabic and build relationships with Arabic speakers around them.
