Our Goal

The Pest Control team's goal is to provide services that control pests within acceptable the threshold through:

  • Employing an Integrated Pest Management Program (IPM) that is highly responsive to the community and environmentally sensitive approach.
  • Publicizes regular awareness campaigns to prevent pest infestation which also gives advice to a resident on best practices for pest control.

Methodology of control

Pest control applies method of control based on IPM emphasizing minimal use of pesticides. Treatment plan are tailored following three (3) best practices; Assess, Implement and Monitor to assure that the long-term and satisfactory result is achieved.

1. Assess pest risk

At this stage, Pest control carries out a comprehensive survey of sites to assess the existing pest problems, potential future risk and the health and safety hazard from the community’s environment. At the assessment stage, pest control provides:

  •  Pest inspection schedule at a time convenient to the resident and without disturbance to business.
  •  On-site pest assessment and review.
  •  Professional pest prevention advice and alternative non-pesticides solution recommendations.

2. Implement pest control solutions 

Pest control has developed an integrated pest management program designed to provide the environment while providing community’s needs. On the implementation period, service provides:

  •  Well-trained technicians to conduct treatment employing alternative non-pesticide solution as initial action to control pest issue. 
  •  Target treatment with least-toxic pesticides in case the alternative non-pesticide method didn’t solve the issue.

  3. Monitor the situation

After the implementation of control, monitoring the condition to ensure that the desired result is achieved. Monitoring measures the effectiveness of control, efficiency and continual compliance to standards through:

  •  Open communication with residents and facility owners for follow-up.
  •  Comprehensive report for each task.
  •  Compiling records for tracking and performance evaluation against IPM goals.
