The Campus and Community Call Center’s main duty is to take care of all valued members of the KAUST community in their daily life at KAUST. The Call Center provides a single point of contact for Campus and Community services.
When contacting the Call Center, the staff will assist the customer with their request, opening of new service request, following-up for already opened service request or addressing any concerns all the help or information that any community member may need is now available at their fingertips.
