Join us for a blissful evening of relaxation and rejuvenation meditation session, tailored to melt away the day's stresses and prepare you for a peaceful night's rest. In this tranquil session, we'll guide you through a soothing journey of movement, gentle breathwork, and the restorative practice of yoga Nidra, or Non-Sleep Deep Rest. Our practice will be enhanced by the healing vibrations of sound therapy, creating an atmosphere of deep calm.

Wednesday, Feb 5 - 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Wednesday, Mar 5 – 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Attendee type: Ladies only (limited spots)
Attendee requirements: Comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, a small pillow and a light shawl or blanket.
Session details:
This is a 45-minute monthly session includes:
10 minutes of movement and gentle breathing techniques
3-5 minutes of “settling in” to a comfortable position
20-25 min of guided relaxation
5 minutes of sound healing and wrap up (By Sara Al Otaibi)
About the Coach:
Tracey Cook is an eRYT 500 hr certified international yoga teacher. For 20 years she has been sharing the benefits of yoga to communities all over the world. Specialties include pranayama (breathing), meditation, philosophy, chair yoga, somatic yoga, trauma informed yoga, kids’ yoga, and yoga for aging.
