MACC, in partnership with Facilities Management, is pleased to announce updated operational hours for the laundry pick-up point at Tamimi. These changes, influenced by valuable customer feedback, are part of our ongoing initiatives to optimize service offerings for the community.

Updated Operational Hours:

• Morning: 9:00 - 13:00
• Evening: 15:00 - 22:00

Adjustments to Drop-Off and Collection Times:

• Items dropped off before 1:00 PM will be ready for collection the following day after 5:00 PM.
• Items dropped off after 4:00 PM will be available 48 hours post drop-off.

MACC and Facilities Management are committed to maintaining a high level of service to our KAUST community and apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause.
