Well-being Week underscores KAUST’s commitment to SDG 3: Good health and well-being, promoting a holistic approach to physical, mental, and social wellness. Through community-wide engagement—encompassing fitness activities, mental health awareness, and health education— KAUST fosters a culture of well-being that extends beyond campus. By advancing health literacy, preventive care, and active lifestyles, KAUST aims to set a benchmark for institutions leading impactful health outreach.
