Get Ready for the SARF 7s Series Rugby Tournament

Rugby fans, are you ready? The Saudi Arabian Rugby Federation (SARF) is bringing its season-long Rugby Tournament to KAUST on November 15. Join us at the Safaa Stadium from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to experience the incredible growth and emerging talent in Saudi rugby. 

 

This exciting SARF 7s Series Tournament is part of a four-leg event traveling across the Kingdom, celebrating the fast-paced 7s format of rugby union. KAUST is proud to host the tournament’s second leg, featuring five adult teams and three junior teams with players aged 5 to 14.

 

Get your best cheering voice ready and meet us for an epic rugby showdown!

 

Schedule

 

Mini – Youth Rugby

Junior teams, including our very own Red Sea Rugby Club, along with the Neom Club and Riyadh Vipers, will take the field from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., showcasing the skills of Saudi Arabia’s future rugby stars.

 

 

Adult Rugby

At 1:00 p.m., the adult teams – Riyadh Warriors, Riyadh Falcons, Jeddah Rugby, Khobar Rugby, and Jubail Rugby – will go head-to-head in fierce competition.

 

Touch Rugby

In the evening, the Red Sea Rugby Club Seniors will participate in a Touch Rugby game, highlighting the T-1 Program that has been recently added to SARF’s wide array of offerings.
