In a significant move to promote sports and innovation, KAUST and the Saudi Tennis Federation (STF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. This partnership seeks to align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by fostering collaboration around tennis, sustainability, education, and research.
The Saudi Tennis Federation is the official entity in the Kingdom that oversees the development, management, and growth of tennis in the Kingdom and operates under the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

As part of this partnership, KAUST recently hosted the ITF World Masters Tour at the Racquet Club Tennis Courts from December 3 to December 8, 2024.
This prestigious global event, dedicated to players aged 30 and above, offered a unique platform for athletes to compete in a professional yet enjoyable environment. With tournaments held across the world, the ITF World Masters Tour unites tennis enthusiasts to celebrate their love for the game.
