Waste Management Awareness For Domestic Helpers

Campus and Community celebrates the vital role domestic helpers play in keeping our homes and environment clean, supporting our recycling program, and making it a success. To recognize their hard work and equip them with valuable skills, we are excited to launch Waste Management Awareness Sessions designed just for them! These sessions will empower them with important knowledge on waste sorting, recycling, and sustainability.

Empower, Educate, and Make an Impact 

This is more than a training—it's an opportunity to become a champion for sustainability! Participants will: 

  • Become familiar with waste management basics 
  • See how reuse programs can make a difference 
  • Learn simple steps to avoid and sort waste
  • Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the Waste Transfer Station to see firsthand how waste is handled at the station.
  • They’ll also learn what to throw away, what to recycle, and creative ways to reuse things.

  • Multilingual Training: Sessions offered in English, Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, and Tamil. 

  • Certificate of Attendance – A reward for completing the session and recognizing their commitment.
