As we prepare for the upcoming rainy season, we kindly ask residents to ensure balcony drains are clear and unblocked. This will help prevent water buildup and any potential damage from water overflow. 

Please take a few moments to: 

• Clear any leaves, dirt, or debris from the drain area 
• Unblock drains by ensuring carpets, plant pots, or other items are not obstructing them 
• Test the drain by pouring a bucket of water to make sure the water flows freely
