Connect, Discover and Celebrate

The Community Open Day is your best opportunity to meet and explore the wide range of services and resources C&C provides. Connect with your community, meet the people behind the scenes, learn about available resources, explore new opportunities, and speak with service teams on-site.

The program will feature service booths from Maintenance, Housing, Pest Control, Recycling and Waste Management, the Home Improvement Program, Recreation, Gardening, Key Control, KAUST Health, Community Events, General Enquiries, Materials Management, Emergency Services and many more.

Expect an evening packed with:

• Interactive Booths: Meet the services and department teams face-to-face
• Delicious Food: Enjoy a variety of meal options
• Live Entertainment: Performances and music for the whole family
• Fun Activities: Take part in light challenges and enjoy special offers
• Networking: Connect with neighbors and discover new clubs or hobbies

Some Highlights

KAUST Health will showcase OB/GYN, Family Medicine, Dermatology, Urology, and Sleep Lab services. Visitors can also access special offers, from service vouchers to discounted treatments.

The Family Child and Support Center will provide activities for all ages, including movement stations, creative workshops, interactive robot demonstrations, program information, and QR-based registration support. Complimentary treats will be available.

Interactive Fun and Games

Look forward to interactive games such as a life-size Connect 4 game with the C&C Call Center team and others.

Enjoy special promotions from food vendors, live performances, music and giveaways, with community clubs and groups on-site to introduce local interests and activities, and fun activities for the whole family.

Park and Ride to the Event

A shuttle bus will be available from the regular Tamimi bus stop from 4.45 p.m. until 8.45 p.m.

• Drop off: Opposite the Grand Mosque

Bus to Jeddah Bus

To make it easier for attendees returning to Jeddah after the event, one extra bus (49 seats) will be available.

• Pick-up Points: Tamimi Bus Station 8:45 p.m.
• Drop off: Tamimi Bus Station → Al-Jamal Square and Habitat

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask that community members leave pets at home.
