Campus & Community (C&C) in partnership with Information Technology (IT) are excited to announce the launch of Housing Hub on the KAUSTCentral app. 

Housing Hub is your all-in-one platform for managing every aspect of your KAUST housing journey.  Designed to simplify campus living, it brings together essential accommodation services in one convenient place — from moving in and Home Improvement to assigning a caretaker while on a temporary leave and settling down. 

Key Features  

  • Caring for Your Home: Find everything you need to know about daily life at your KAUST home, from caring tips to community living standards.  
  • Home Improvement Program (HIP): Find information on the HIP process with clear direction on how and where to submit requests. 
  • Away from Home: Learn how to arrange home or pet care during temporary absences, including access to Caretaker Authorization Request.  
  • Moving Home: Follow structured steps and checklists to support move-in, move-out, or relocation activities. 
  • New Residents: Access onboarding resources and essential information to help you get started at KAUST. 
  • Sharers: Find services and guidelines tailored for residents sharing accommodation. 

  • Lost and Found: Access information on how to report or recover lost items within the KAUST community.
