Zad Al Hejaz | Authentic Saudi Restaurant Now Open at Discovery Square, KAUST

Campus and Community (C&C) is excited to welcome Zad Al Hejaz, the newest culinary addition to KAUST.  

Inspired by the rich flavors of Makkah, Jeddah, and Madinah, Zad Al Hejaz brings authentic Saudi cuisine right to KAUST. From foul and mutabbaq to magalgal, tameez, and more, every dish is crafted with warm spices and tells a story of Arabian hospitality, generosity, and tradition.

Operating Hours  

  • Ramadan Hours: 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. 
  • Regular Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.  
  • Location: Discovery Square, KAUST
