Campus and Community (C&C) has introduced a single experience survey to make it easier for the KAUST community to share feedback on services across campus.
Rather than separate surveys from individual departments, the new approach provides one simple feedback channel, accessible through the survey QR code or link. This helps reduce survey fatigue and makes it easy to share feedback whenever you interact with a Campus and Community service.
The survey includes a few short questions about your experience, such as how easy the service was to access, how clearly information was communicated, and your overall experience.
QR codes are now available in locations across campus, making it easy to share feedback whenever it’s convenient for you. Your feedback helps Campus and Community continue improving the services that support daily life at KAUST.
