Campus and Community (C&C), in partnership with Information Technology (IT), is pleased to introduce a new feature on the KAUSTCentral app: the Color-Coded Buses Trip Planner. 

No more reviewing route maps or guessing connections. You can now search, compare, and select the best bus route between any two stops on campus in seconds. Whether you are heading to the Labs, the Recreation Clubs, or Discovery Square, planning your journey is simple, quick, and stress-free. 

Key Features 

  • Smart Route Finder: Select your starting and destination bus stops or use your current GPS location to begin from where you are. 
  • Personalized Results: View route options sorted by earliest departure, shortest travel time, or direct connections. 
  • Clear Transfer Guidance: If a transfer is needed, the app shows you clearly where to switch buses and how to continue your journey smoothly. 
  • Nearby Stop Suggestions: If another bus stop is within walking distance of your chosen stop, it automatically appears as an option— giving you added flexibility. 
  • Color-Coded Navigation: Each route matches the campus bus color system, making navigation easier at every step.
