Get ready for exciting football action! The Arabian Gulf Cup is coming to Saudi Arabia, and KAUST will bring the excitement to the community with live match screenings at the Discovery Square and Sports Lounge.

Khaleeji 27 brings together eight national teams, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Yemen, for the 27th edition of the tournament, which was first held in 1970.
This year, Saudi Arabia will host the tournament, with all matches taking place in Jeddah. The eight teams will compete in two groups of four, followed by the semi-finals and the final on October 6. Bahrain enters as the defending champion, while Kuwait remains the tournament’s most successful team, with 10 titles.
