The Arts and Culture team at Campus and Community (C&C) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for a new cycle of music lessons for the KAUST community.

Lessons are led by Fernando Fracassi, an internationally awarded musician and composer recognized for his cross-disciplinary work and global performance career.

Community members can choose from a range of instruments and classes, including keyboard, piano, guitar, flute, recorder, singing, bass and drums.

Course details

• Location: ECC3 (map)

• Price: 150 SAR including VAT per 30-minute individual (1:1) lesson
• Registration: Through the KAUSTCentral app under Community Programs

Important Information

• The minimum age for students is 9 years old, except for recorder, which is open to students from 6 years old.
• Students taking lessons with small and portable instruments such as the  flute, recorder, guitar or bass must bring their own.
• Students will also need to purchase the required music theory books once their level has been confirmed by the teacher.
• The teacher will recommend the appropriate instrument model and book.

Registration and Payment

Registration for all Community Music Lessons is available through the KAUSTCentral app under Community Programs. Payment is mandatory within 48 hours after registration and can be made at the Harbor Sports Club (HSC) Reception.
