Booking requests can be made by downloading the Shift inc. mobile application (see QR code below) and then by selecting the desired pick-up location and car model from the list. You will be prompted to go to the designated pick-up location where the car will be waiting for you. Unlock the car by using the application and enjoy the ride.
Upon your return, simply park the car at any designated location within KAUST’s boundaries, lock the car with the app and you are safe to go.
As this is a soft launch, 10 vehicles will serve the KAUST community as a pilot program. Initial pick-up points will be from Tamimi parking lot and the Harbor Car Park. Drop-off locations can be at any legal parking spot within KAUST, including your accommodation parking.

The Shift inc. e-rental car service can be accessed through the App store or by using the QR code below. An Android version will be implemented in the next few weeks.
