We are excited to invite you to the inaugural Campus & Community (C&C) Town Hall. This event will provide valuable insight into how your feedback, gathered through the recent community engagement survey, is driving our efforts to enhance services, facilities, and programs across KAUST.
This event is a unique opportunity for every community member to:
Understand the vision and future direction of Campus & Community.
Hear from C&C leaders about improvements and initiatives tailored to your needs.
Be part of shaping the priorities for the services and programs you value most.

Time: 3:45 – 5:30 p.m.
Location: Auditorium, Building 20
Transportation: A late work haul bus to Jeddah will be available at 5:45 p.m. from Bldg. 16 for staff who commute daily.
Survey Insights: Discover key findings from the 1,912 survey responses, including valuable perspectives from participants under the age of 18, and learn how they’re shaping our priorities.
Department Highlights: Hear from C&C leaders as they outline steps to enhance services and programs based on your input.
Live Q&A: Get answers to your questions directly from the C&C leadership team. Submit your questions by January 20 using the link below.
Raffle Draw: Witness the live draw from the 1912 survey participants, where two pairs of business-class round-trip tickets to Europe and two Baytoti and Maki vouchers worth 200 SAR will be awarded as prizes.
Service Partner Expo: After the talks, enjoy an interactive expo where you can meet service representatives, explore offerings, ask questions directly, and enjoy delicious food from our community vendors.
