Ready to reset, recharge, and build lasting habits for a healthier you? 

Join the KAUST Well-Being Week 21-Day Challenge, an empowering, app-guided wellness journey crafted by the experts at Shift Clinic. Open to the entire KAUST community, this challenge is your chance to make meaningful changes in your physical and mental well-being—one small step at a time.

What to Expect: 

Each day, you'll receive mini wellness tasks through the Shift Clinic app that will help you: 

  • Build sustainable habits and lifestyle improvements 
  • Reduce stress and improve focus 
  • Improve body composition (lose fat, maintain or gain muscle) 
  • Boost cognitive performance and emotional balance 

The 21-Day Challenge focuses on key wellness pillars including mindfulness, movement, sleep, nutrition, and stress management. Taking one step in the right direction will have a positive effect across all areas of your life. 

Participants also have the chance to win exciting prizes at the end of this challenge.  

Consider holding yourself accountable by getting an accountability partner to participate with you. Challenge your friends, family members, or coworkers—and let’s all have fun along the way.

This April, it’s time to Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give—not just in theory, but in action. Well-being Week is back this year from April 13 to 20, offering a range of experiences designed to help you recharge, grow, and find balance in everyday life. Organized by Campus and Community (C&C), with International Medical Center (IMC) as the presenting sponsor, the theme, Elevate Life, emphasizes holistic well-being through diverse activities and programs.
