NEW HOUSING COMPLEX
KAUST is introducing the New Housing Complex, offering a new off-campus living option adjacent to the university. The complex represents a new residential model rather than an extension of KAUST’s existing on-campus housing. Service levels, amenities, access arrangements and community facilities will operate in a different manner to those available for the community living on-campus.
The New Housing Complex offers two accommodation types:
The NHC is open to eligible resident categories, including KAUST staff and Contractor Workforce staff. Eligible applicants may register their interest by submitting the dedicated expression of interest form. A member of the Accommodation Services team will follow up with further information.
Located adjacent to KAUST, the New Housing Complex provides off-campus living with convenient access to the university community. Work commuter bus services are available to Building 16 for eligible neighborhood residents.
