Tennis is enjoyed by millions of recreational players worldwide and is one of the world’s most popular spectator and participation sports. With 8 tennis courts at Racquet Club, there is ample opportunity to enjoy this fantastic Racquet Sport.
Squash is a sport played both for fun and competitively. It is great for a full-body workout. Obviously, players' arms get a workout as they whip the ball around the court but this compound movement also strengthens wrists and back muscles. It also requires short sprints which need fast-twitch muscles to be firing at all times.
Badminton requires both mental and physical skills. Participating in badminton gives a huge number of health benefits and promotes a long, healthy life. Playing badminton keeps you feeling well, strong and motivated. It can help in coping with anxiety and stress and offers a release from the pressures of everyday life.
