Following the success of KAUST’s first Well-being Week in 2024, we are excited to bring you Well-being Week 2025! This week-long initiative on the theme Elevate Life organized by Campus and Community (C&C) is designed to enrich lives and support holistic well-being through diverse activities and programs.

The inaugural Campus & Community (C&C) Town Hall took place on January 26, bringing together over 523 attendees in person, with an additional 200 participants joining via an online webinar.

Campus and Community is offering Waste Management Awareness Sessions for domestic helpers to teach them waste sorting, recycling, and sustainability. Held at the Reuse Center, the sessions include multilingual training and a tour of the Waste Transfer Station. Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance, helping improve waste segregation and boost recycling rates at home.

Campus and Community (C&C) in collaboration with Open Paws Jeddah (OPJ) will be hosting a Dog Adoption Day at KAUST

Join us for a relaxing meditation session designed to relieve stress and promote deep rest through gentle movement, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), enhanced by the soothing vibrations of sound therapy. Sessions will be held on Feb 5 (6:30–7:15 p.m.) and Mar 5 (7:00–7:45 p.m.) at Room K102, ECC3. This ladies-only event has limited spots.

Safaa Golf Club is excited to host the Safaa Open 2025, KAUST’s inaugural golf tournament, on January 31 & February 1, 2025, at the stunning Safaa Golf Course in the heart of KAUST.

Join us for the inaugural Campus & Community (C&C) Town Hall on January 26 from 3:45 to 5:30 p.m. at the Auditorium, Building 20. This event will highlight how your feedback from the recent community engagement survey is driving improvements to services, facilities, and programs across KAUST.
