This April, it’s time to Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give—not just in theory, but in action. Well-being Week is back this year from April 13 to 20, offering a range of experiences designed to help you recharge, grow, and find balance in everyday life. Organized by Campus and Community (C&C), with International Medical Center (IMC) as the presenting sponsor, the theme, Elevate Life, emphasizes holistic well-being through diverse activities and programs.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support various activities, from event setup, welcoming & guiding attendees, social media & photography, coordination to sign-in participants and spreading positivity. Join us on April 14 for the Autism Run, a special event as part of Autism Acceptance Week at the Family & Child Support Center (FCSC). This community run invites adults to run/walk 4km and children to run/walk 2kmpromoting awareness, inclusion, and support for autism.
After the race, enjoy a family social with food, fun activities, face painting, a bouncing castle, and more. It’s a great way to connect, engage, and celebrate with the community.
In conjunction with Well-being Week, the Office of the Arts presents Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum singer and songwriter Maejor for an exclusive workshop on integrating sound therapy and meditation with traditional wellness practices. Inspired by sound therapy through his own cancer survival journey, Maejor, who has collaborated with world-class performers such as Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Drake, Anitta, Ciara, Lil Wayne, Frank Ocean, T-Pain, and more, and reaches millions of people, has decided to bring these ideas into the mainstream. Through his Frequency School, he curates health and wellness experiences, addressing anxiety, depression, sleep, focus, employee burnout, and performance optimization.

Take Notice as the sun dips below the horizon, breathe and embrace the present moment. A guided yoga session in the peaceful setting of King Abdullah Monument Park offers the perfect chance to pause, reset, and reflect.
April 18, 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM | Safaa Golf Club
Be Active with golf, Pilates, and outdoor games at Safaa Golf Club. Bring the whole family for a morning of fun, fitness, and connection, with activities for all ages to enjoy. Whether you’re swinging a club or stretching it out, this event is all about finding joy in movement—together. A community breakfast awaits to fuel your day.
Well-being Week underscores KAUST’s commitment to SDG 3: Good health and well-being, promoting a holistic approach to physical, mental, and social wellness. Through community-wide engagement—encompassing fitness activities, mental health awareness, and health education— KAUST fosters a culture of well-being that extends beyond campus.
