BBIS Extended Hours Terms

Harbor Early Childhood Center 2 (ECC2)

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all children, please adhere to the following guidelines, while using our Extended Hours service.

1. Nature of Care and Activities

What to Expect

Your children will receive supervised care in a safe and secure environment led by our experienced staff.

Activities

The program provides supervised play and engaging activities tailored to support your child's evening routine.

2. Operational Hours and Punctuality

Program Hours

The program operates strictly from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Late Pick-up

All children must be collected by 7:30 pm.

Additional Fees

Please note additional fees will apply for any collections after 7:30 pm to cover extended staffing costs.

3. Parent Responsibilities and Supplies

Essential Items

Parents are responsible for providing all necessary items their child may need during the session.

Food and Snacks

Parents must provide all snacks and water; to ensure the safety of all children and avoid potential allergic reactions, the program does 
not serve food.

Infant Needs

For babies, parents must provide all specific supplies, including diapers, formula, and changes of clothes.

4. Drop-off and Transportation

Direct Delivery

Parents are required to drop off and pick up children directly at the Harbor ECC2 location.

ECC1 Policy

Staff will not transport children from ECC1 to the evening program; parents are responsible for facilitating this transfer themselves.

Emergency Protocol

In specific emergency cases and with prior written approval, designated staff may assist with transport between the Island and 
Harbor locations.

5. Attendance and Payment

Eligibility

The program is open to both enrolled and unenrolled community children aged 2 months to 6 years.

Session Fee

The rate is SAR 50 per session.

Payment Method

Fees are collected on-site via a POS machine.

Documentation

For children not currently enrolled in BBIS, parents must provide vaccination records, identification, and emergency contact details 
before the first visit.
